Each Thursday at 8:00 a.m. start the day with a half hour of Jewish mindfulness practice led by Rabbi Liben in the Rabbi’s study.
Specific Saturday mornings (See below.) at 8:30 AM, for a 45-minute chant-meditation to begin Shabbat morning, in the chapel. Please join Susan Rodgin as she leads this practice.
