 minating Committee for the coming year\, which begins on June 1\, 2022. C

 e Israel’s by-laws make allowance for nominations under the following re
 quirements: Any congregant who wishes may oppose our Nominating Committee
 ’s slate by running for any of the listed officer or Board of Directors 
 positions. Instructions are found in Article IX\, Section 3 of our by-laws
 . In the case of such additional nominations\, we will follow our bylaws
 ’ procedures for contested elections\, found in Article X\, sections 7\,
